On a busy afternoon in Essex Focus Football's under 9 Jaguars and Tigers competed in the GOL Futsal Tournament. The Jaguars topped their group with the tigers winning their final group game 5-0 to emphatically secure second space and to then avoid each other in the semi finals, Focus Jaguars brilliantly came through their semi final 3-0 with the tigers battling to the end to win 2-1 setting up an all Focus Final.
With both teams smiling at kick off they went to battle with a game that was evenly contested throughout. The Focus Tigers defended valiantly and threatened to counter but the Jaguars finished the game 1-0 with a calm finish 2mins before the final whistle. Both teams remain friends and showed mutual respect throughout the game.
An amazing achievement to have both teams from the north london club being so successful on the day. Focus program continues to develop
